Mae rhaglen LLB y Gyfraith a'r Gymraeg yn heriol ac yn gyffrous ac yn rhoi cyfle i chi feithrin y sgiliau sydd eu hangen ar gyfer gyrfa yn y gyfraith ac amrywiaeth eang o broffesiynau. Yn ogystal â'r modiwlau sylfaen sy'n cynnwys y cam hyfforddi academaidd sydd ei angen er mwyn dod yn gyfreithiwr neu'n fargyfreithiwr yng Nghymru a Lloegr, y cyfeirir ato fel 'Gradd Gymhwyso yn y Gyfraith', rydym yn cynnig amrywiaeth eang o feysydd astudio dewisol sy'n cwmpasu pynciau cyfreithiol traddodiadol a chyfoes. Mae’r rhaglen yn cael ei haddysgu ar y cyd gan ysgolion y Gymraeg, a’r Gyfraith a Gwleidyddiaeth, gan roi cyfle i chi astudio’n fanwl yn naill ddisgyblaeth a’r llall. Mae ein gradd yn eich galluogi chi i gwblhau cyfnodau academaidd hyfforddi i fod yn fargyfreithiwr neu'n gyfreithiwr ac i symud ymlaen yn syth at y cyfnodau hyfforddi galwedigaethol ar gyfer y proffesiwn cyfreithiol yng Nghymru a Lloegr: y Cwrs Hyfforddiant Bar Proffesiynol neu'r Cwrs Ymarfer Cyfreithiol. Ni yw’r unig Brifysgol yng Ngrŵp Russell i gynnig y ddau gwrs hyn, sydd yn golygu bod gennych y dewis i aros gyda ni yng Nghaerdydd i gwblhau eich addysg gyfreithiol gyfan. Yn rheolaidd, mae’r Cwrs Ymarfer Cyfreithiol wedi cael sgôr uchaf yr Awdurdod Rheoleiddio Cyfreithwyr / Cymdeithas y Gyfraith. Mae datganoli Llywodraeth Cymru a chyflwyno Deddf yr Iaith Gymraeg wedi golygu bod y gallu i siarad a deall Cymraeg at lefel uchel yn ddeniadol i gyflogwyr. Mae astudio yng Nghaerdydd yn gyfle i elwa ar ymchwil sy’n berthnasol i’r gymdeithas sy'n cyfrannu at ddatblygiad y Gymraeg yn yr unfed ganrif ar hugain. Nodweddion nodedig Rydym wedi ymrwymo i ddatblygu eich cyflogadwyedd, gydag ein Hymgynghorydd Gyrfaoedd pwrpasol wrth law ddau ddiwrnod yr wythnos yn adeilad y Gyfraith. Rydym yn cynnig amrywiaeth o weithgareddau allgyrsiol, rhai sy’n unigryw i Brifysgol Caerdydd, sydd yn rhoi mantais gystadleuol i’n myfyrwyr. Cynlluniau Pro Bono* Rydym yn gweithio mewn partneriaeth â chyfreithwyr, elusennau a sefydliadau gwirfoddol i roi'r cyfle i fyfyrwyr ymarfer ac ehangu eu sgiliau. Dau o’n cynlluniau mwyaf sefydledig yw ein Prosiect Dieuog (y cyntaf yn y DU i wrthdroi dyfarniad o euogrwydd gan y Llys Apêl) a’n Cynllun Gofal Iechyd Parhaus y GIG sy’n unigryw i Gaerdydd. Mae’r ddwy fenter wedi ennill neu wedi cael lle ar restr fer dyfarniadau cenedlaethol o fri ac wedi rhoi cymorth i grwpiau bregus ac aelodau o’r gymuned sy’n cael trafferth cael mynediad at gymorth cyfreithiol. Gallwch hefyd wneud cais am le ar ein cynllun gydag Undeb Rygbi Cymru, lle’r ydym yn cynghori clybiau rygbi amatur ar faterion cyfreithiol. Mae’r broses ymgeisio ar gyfer pob un o'n cynlluniau yn wahanol ac ni allwn warantu y bydd myfyrwyr yn sicrhau lle ar y cynllun o'u dewis, nac ar unrhyw un o'n cynlluniau.
