Drwy gyfuno’r Gymraeg a Gwleidyddiaeth, byddwch yn ennill cyfoeth o wybodaeth a sgiliau trosglwyddadwy, gan agor drysau i amrywiaeth o lwybrau gyrfa. Gall astudio gradd gydanrhydedd eich symbylu a rhoi boddhad, wrth ichi sylwi ar nodweddion tebyg a gwahaniaethau rhwng y ddau bwnc. Yn aml, ceir materion a safbwyntiau sy’n cysylltu’r pynciau, boed yn ddadansoddiad beirniadol, yn gyd-destun hanesyddol, neu’n ymchwil diweddar.
Mae cwrs y Gymraeg yn berthnasol i’r Gymru gyfoes ac yn cael ei ddysgu gan Ysgol sydd wedi’i chydnabod am ansawdd ac effaith ei hymchwil. Nod y cwrs yw cynhyrchu graddedigion sydd â dealltwriaeth drwyadl (yn academaidd ac yn ymarferol) o’r iaith Gymraeg, ei llenyddiaeth a’i diwylliant, lefel uchel o sgiliau ieithyddol ar lafar ac yn ysgrifenedig, a sgiliau cyflogadwyedd a chreadigol datblygedig sy’n berthnasol i’r Gymru fodern.
Mae’n cynnig modiwlau craidd a dewisol i roi seiliau ichi o ran iaith a llenyddiaeth, yn ogystal â chyfle i arbenigo mewn meysydd sydd o ddiddordeb personol neu’n gysylltiedig â’ch gyrfa.
O astudio Gwleidyddiaeth, cewch archwilio sut mae seneddau a llywodraethau’n gweithredu, a gwerthuso syniadau gwleidyddol megis pŵer, rhyddid, democratiaeth, gwrthdaro, cyfreithlondeb ac atebolrwydd; ac mae’r cwrs yn cynnwys cysylltiadau rhyngwladol hefyd.
Mae’r modiwlau’n amrywio, gan roi cyfle ichi archwilio sut mae gwleidyddiaeth yn gweithio ym Mhrydain a’r tu hwnt, yn ogystal ag ymchwilio i’r modd y mae polisi cyhoeddus yn cael ei lunio. Mae llwybrau gwaith eraill yn trafod cyfiawnder, democratiaeth, hawliau dynol a chysylltiadau rhyngwladol, gan ddarparu dealltwriaeth eang o wleidyddiaeth sydd wedi’i theilwra i’ch anghenion penodol chi.
Nod y radd hon yw ceisio rhoi dealltwriaeth ardderchog o wleidyddiaeth a llywodraeth ichi, gan roi hefyd y sgiliau deallusol a chyfathrebu cysylltiedig a fydd o werth p'un a fyddwch yn gweithio i’r Llywodraeth neu yn y sectorau preifat neu wirfoddol.

Acceptance of T Levels for this programme will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Academic School. Consideration will be given to the T Level grade/subject and grades/subjects achieved at GCSE/Level 2.
For applicants taking the EPQ qualification, an A in the EPQ can be recognised to lower the entry requirements by a single grade. For example, an AAB offer would be “AAB from 3 A-levels or ABB from 3 A-levels and a grade A in the EPQ”. Please note that any subject specific requirements must be met.
