Course Summary

Our Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management course gives you outstanding career preparation. You will develop the knowledge to work in quantity surveying and commercial management, and gain skills in: building construction design materials CAD Building Information Modelling (BIM) quantity surveying project administration. You will develop key industry experience through our excellent work placements. We have wide links with national and local construction-based companies. Our course has a choice of graduation pathways. You will share your first three years with our Construction Project Management and Building Surveying courses. This allows you to decide which course to graduate on after your industry placement. You will have time to make an informed decision about your career. Our students are employed by top contracting and consultancy firms, such as AECOM, Berkeley Homes, Taylor Wimpey, and BAM Construction. Many of our students also progress to graduate courses, becoming chartered professionals (RICS, CIOB).
