Our Physical Activity and Health Promotion degree prepares you to be a future leader in the healthcare and fitness industry.

You will study:
-how the human body responds to sport, exercise, nutrition and public health interventions
-how to use these interventions to maximize health across the lifespan.

You will have many work experience opportunities with local healthcare and community organizations.
On graduating you will have the knowledge and practical skills to develop and deliver:
-exercise and activity interventions

As well as your degree you will gain qualifications in exercise referral and specialist rehabilitation.
