The BA/BSc in Digital Media Production addresses the need for ever more highly skilled graduates who are grounded in the technical realities of creative media, industrial partnerships and project-based collaborations which demand an increasingly fluid and mobile workforce. Our Digital Media Production course allows you to focus on digital media production or technical operations. You will learn skills in: - digital film - television - video and audio production - visual effects - computer animation - interactive and virtual content for distribution via new media platforms You'll use state-of-the-art facilities to develop professional skills. And gain experience working with real clients on real briefs. Our course tutors have extensive expertise. This means that along with our strong links with the digital media industry, you'll have access to a rich network of expertise and support. They will provide opportunities including visits, mentorships and work experience. Recent graduates have found jobs with major television companies and post production facilities including; - BBC - HBO - The Discovery Channel - Framestore Others have progressed onto further study or research and development for companies such as Google. You also have the opportunity to graduate with AVID Professional certification in Media Composer Video Editing.
