  • 4 or 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, for a level 3 course
  • Apprenticeship

    You can get into this job through a financial services customer adviser intermediate apprenticeship.

    You will:

    • process payments and withdrawals

    • do general administration tasks
    • operate UK and overseas currency tills
    • help customers with loan and mortgage applications

    Working Environment

    You could work in a bank or in a contact centre.

    You may need to wear a uniform.
