This practical course will provide you with knowledge and understanding of the scientific factors that underpin performance in sport and exercise settings whilst also developing a strong understanding of the scientific methods of enquiry and problem-solving abilities.
Students will get the opportunity to gain practical experience on a work placement.
You will also have the opportunity to achieve the Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instruction in the first year, which allows accreditation with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) and will have the opportunity to pursue the Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training in the second year.
