Each year will build on the skills you developed in the previous year as you work your way up to bigger scale and more challenging projects. - **Year 1** - Develop the solid technical and academic skills required to understand and successfully capture the environment. - **Year 2** - Further develop and enhance your personal skillset working towards specialisms that match your interests or proposed career path. You’ll explore and reflect on key wildlife and media related issues, together with developing critical analytical skills. - **Year 3** - Take charge of your own chosen research and project, working towards your major final work. This could be a substantial piece of journalism, a set of photos or a film. **Your Career with a Wildlife Media Degree** The knowledge you gain from this degree will help advance you to the next stage of your media career. Whether you work as a freelance wildlife photographer or as a film-maker for a TV production company, you'll have the skills necessary to stand apart from the crowd, placing you in a highly valuable position for future employers.
