Course Summary

If you're interested in policing, security or the intelligence sector, this is the course for you. Various forces are now offering direct entry routes into investigative and intelligence roles. The skills and approaches these roles demand are mirrored in the military and agencies, such as the National Crime Agency and Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority. The combination of security, intelligence and investigative practice in this programme provides a contemporary view of associated disciplines which feature in every aspect of our lives. Whether you are engaged in analysis, protective services or any part of public sector or private business the elements of this course will feature in your professional and private life. This programme will provide you with a professional, ethical understanding of how to recognise security risks in a variety of environments, analyse the threats and design solutions to minimise the threat.
