Many of our graduates have also gone into postgraduate education. - **Year 1** In Year One, you will focus on the development of your skills across all Fine Art disciplines with practical work playing an important role in informing art theory, as well as critical and historic perspectives. - **Year 2** Year Two will see you developing these skills, as well as addressing professional fine art practice and current issues. Plus, you will curate and organise a public exhibition of your work, gaining essential professional experience. - **Year 3** Year Three centres around a curated degree show, where you put your artistic and professional practice skills to the test. **Your Career with a Fine Art Degree** Former students have stepped into roles in national and international museums and galleries, in the private sector and creative industries or are self-employed artists after graduating with us. Year one - Compulsory modules: Introduction to Fine Art Practice, Image and Context, Fine Art in Context. Optional modules (subject to availability and demand): Life Drawing, Thinking Through Drawing. Year two - Compulsory modules: Praxis: Presentation Skills for Artists, Art and Ideas, Practice and Context, Negotiated Practice. Year three - Compulsory modules: Fine Art Dissertation, Practice 1, Practice 2, Final Presentation Module.
