Want to be a major player in the fashion industry? Join our BA/BSc Fashion Business & Management degree and learn all you need to take your place at the forefront. Taught in our Business School for the Creative Industries at UCA Epsom, this course focuses on developing your business sense and your planning skills so that you can thrive commercially. Whether it's fashion buying, merchandising, forecasting, management strategy, PR and marketing, branding or international business, you'll graduate with the knowledge and confidence to succeed. In the first year of your course, you'll be introduced to the fundamental principles of the fashion industry, creative business and management, as well as brand management and promotion, buying and merchandising. In your second year, you'll focus on finding your own specialist approach to work and be encouraged to start working more independently as you learn more about professional practices, visual merchandising and fashion forecasting. In your final year, you will achieve a greater level of independence, focusing on self-managed research, study and practice. You’ll then apply everything you’ve learned as you produce a unique, creative and industry-linked final major project. Our graduates are highly employable, with a wide range of skills that are sought-after in the fashion business. Former students have progressed into careers working for household names such as Topshop, Burberry and Harrods.
