The course is designed to develop practical teaching skills and broaden your understanding of the contact in which teaching is carried out. This course is designed for those who want a career in teaching. To successfully complete this course you will need to undergo a minimum of 100 teaching hours over the two year course, therefore you will need a placement in a school or other educational setting such as a college. You will be required to attend college lectures and seminars for 3 hours per week in the evening. You will also need to dedicate some time to self-study and research.
