By the end of the course you will have had the opportunity to develop your language skills to a very high level as well as studied a range of cultural and historical contexts. You will also have had the chance to undertake exciting placements in Spain and or Latin America, to gain invaluable employment skills and knowledge of current affairs. Equal and major students will spend the third year in Spain or a Spanish speaking country as a student, as a language assistant or on a work placement.

You will be assessed in all four language skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking, as well as your ability to research and analyse.
