**Course overview**
- Explore the science of strength and conditioning. Theoretical understanding combined with practical skills will enable you to develop a client or athlete’s physical performance.
- This degree course offers a vocationally focused programme of modules on the strength and conditioning. As such, you’ll learn about various aspects of human performance – building an in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as training theory and common sports injuries.
- It’s a stimulating and challenging course, but it’s also a practical one – so you’ll gain more than knowledge. You’ll also build your skills as a practitioner and learn how those skills fit in a real-world professional setting. You could even get the chance to assist with performance testing professional teams, giving you some invaluable experience within high-performance sport.
