The BA (Hons) Music Production; Foundation Entry course is for people who are passionate about music, but don’t have the necessary formal qualifications to enter directly on to their chosen Honours degree programme. You’ll have access to cutting edge studios (we offer more studio access than any other UK equivalent!) and tutors who are actively working in the music industry. This course will prepare you for a huge range of music industry roles, including producer, audio engineer, live sound technician, film and TV composer, game audio composer and more. Your Foundation Year (Year One) will be studied at School of Electronic Music. You’ll then progress to study years Two to Four at the University of Central Lancashire at their Preston campus. This means you get access to both SEM and UCLan’s facilities and services.
