**Course overview** - Study International Hospitality Management Foundation Entry alongside staff who are recognised internationally. Gain a broad understanding of tourism, hospitality and event management. - Foundation Entry degree courses are ideal if you’ve got the ability to study for a degree, but don’t have the necessary formal qualifications to directly join an Honours programme. It’s entirely unique, and a great stepping stone to degree study. - At the early stages of the course, you’ll explore the hospitality industry and its development from an international perspective, human resource skills and customer services. You’ll develop skills in food and beverage operations. - You’ll move on to study marketing issues, talent management, applied research and service quality.
