**Course Overview**
- Developed by community leaders for community leaders, our FdA Community Leadership programme, based at our Burnley Campus, gives individuals working at grassroots level the skills needed to make change happen.
- You will develop skills in leadership, project development and management. Underpinned by the teachings of Paulo Freire, you will also gain a theoretical understanding of how to enhance sustainability within community projects and the tools needed for community regeneration.
- Learning from the programme will be cascaded to peer groups through mentoring, empowering communities to take control of regeneration and positively improving community welfare.
