The BA (Hons) Management and Leadership degree programme is designed to build and enhance students' skills and capabilities to become effective future 21st century business leaders and managers. This degree in Management and Leadership focuses on key personal and interpersonal competencies that employers are looking for, these include: self-belief, awareness and motivation, intellectual skills in relation to management and leadership, adaptability, respond to challenges quickly and decisively, adopt a growth mind-set and build resilience.
The aim is to provide a leadership development degree that is academically challenging, practically inspiring, developing personal growth. The ethos of the course is that rigorous, cutting-edge, theoretical knowledge will be combined with a special focus on developing the practical and development skills required to become 21st Century effective managers and leaders in a global world.
