The International Foundation Year (IFY) is designed for students whose first language is not English. The IFY will prepare you for both your English language level for entry and also for content knowledge you will need to begin the BA/BSc course. Once you have successfully completed the IFY, you are guaranteed a place onto the first year of your chosen undergraduate degree course at the University. The foundation year is designed to cement your confidence in the foundations of key forensic and scientific principles as well as study skills.
