Yn y Gymru gyfoes mae galw cynyddol am weithwyr proffesiynol dwyieithog o’r safon uchaf. Wrth ddewis astudio Cymraeg Proffesiynol / Busnes a Rheolaeth, byddi'n cyfuno sgiliau ieithyddol a phroffesiynol y Gymraeg ag arbenigedd mewn busnes a rheolaeth, a thrwy hynny yn agor drysau i ragolygon gyrfaol gwych. Ar y cwrs arloesol hwn, cei gamu i’r byd busnes yng Nghymru ac ennill sgiliau a phrofiadau hynod werthfawr. Bydd cyfle iti ddysgu sut i weinyddu, golygu, cyfieithu a marchnata. Cei hefyd ennill sgiliau rheoli, cyflwyno, arwain a chydweithio, a dysgu am entreprenwriaeth a datblygu dy fusnes dy hun. Mae’r cwrs hwn ar gael i fyfyrwyr iaith gyntaf ac ail iaith, ac mae cyfle unigryw i’w astudio hyd yn oed os nad wyt ti wedi gwneud Cymraeg Safon Uwch Iaith Gyntaf. **Pam Aberystwyth?** - Cymuned Gymraeg fyrlymus yng nghalon Cymru - Byddi'n ymuno ag un o gadarnleoedd yr iaith Gymraeg, a lle sydd yn enwog am fod yn gyfeillgar a chroesawgar dros ben. - Enw da – Mae safon ymchwil ac addysgu Adran y Gymraeg ac Astudiaethau Celtaidd ac Ysgol Fusnes Aberystwyth gyda’r uchaf posib. - Arbenigwyr - Cei dy ddysgu gan ddarlithywyr yn y ddwy Adran sydd yn arbenigwyr yn eu meysydd. - Arloesi - Byddi'n cael dy addysgu mewn awyrgylch arloesol a dynamig yn y ddwy Adran. - Arwain - Mae Adran y Gymraeg ac Astudiaethau Celtaidd yn arwain y sector ym maes Cymraeg yn y gweithle proffesiynol ac astudiaethau cyfieithu. - Dewis eang – Bydd amrywiaeth hynod ddiddorol o gyrsiau unigol ar gael iti, sy’n adlewyrchu diddordebau ymchwil diweddaraf ein darlithwyr, o ddysgu am y Gymraeg mewn cyd-destunau proffesiynol ac yn y cyfryngau i astudio strategaethau busnes a marchnata. - Llyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru – Yn ogystal â’r adnoddau helaeth sydd gan y Brifysgol, mae’r Adran ar stepen drwys Llyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru a'i chasgliad o adnoddau llenyddol, clywedol a gweledol gwych. - Bywyd Cymdeithasol Cymraeg Byrlymus - Cei ymaelodi ag Undeb Myfyrwyr Cymraeg Aberystwyth (UMCA), byw yn neuadd Pantycelyn, a chymryd rhan men llu o weithgareddau hwyliog a drefnir gan yr undeb. - Boddhad Myfyrwyr - Mae'r canlyniadau ar gyfer Bodlonrwydd Myfyrwyr yn dangos bod canran uchel iawn o'n myfyrwyr yn hapus yn y ddwy Adran. Yn ogystal, mae Adran y Gymraeg ac Astudiaethau Celtaidd ar y brig yn y DU o safbwynt Astudiaethau Celtaidd fel pwnc (NSS 2020). **Beth fydda i'n ei ddysgu?** Yn dy flwyddyn gyntaf, byddi'n darganfod cyweiriau’r iaith, ynghyd â nodweddion Cymraeg safonol; egwyddorion sylfaenol busnes a rheolaeth; cyweiriau'r iaith gyfoes mewn amgylchiadau amrywiol; egwyddorion marchnata ac ymarfer cyfoes; sgiliau ysgrifenedig, ac yn atgyfnerthu dy ddealltwriaeth o ramadeg y Gymraeg. Yn dy ail flwyddyn byddi'n archwilio adnoddau dynol a sut y cânt eu rheoli; sut i ddefnyddio'r Gymraeg yn raenus ac yn gywir, yn ysgrifenedig ac ar lafar, gan adeiladu ar yr hyn a ddysgwyd yn y flwyddyn gyntaf; y gadwyn cyflenwi a sut y caiff ei gweithredu a'i rheoli; gwahanol agweddau ar gyfieithu ac addasu llenyddol, technegol, hanesyddol ac ymarferol. Yn dy flwyddyn olaf, cei gyfle i astudio gwahanol agweddau ar gyfieithu ac addasu, gan adeiladu ar yr hyn a ddysgwyd yn yr ail flwyddyn; astudio strategaeth ariannol; astudio arweinyddiaeth strategol; ymgymryd â phrosiect hir wedi ei seilio ar ymchwil wreiddiol.
