With the right teaching and learning opportunities, it’s possible to turn your passion for gaming into a rewarding and successful career. **What facilities can I use?** During your studies you will have access to specialist software, some of which includes: - Up-to-date Computer Labs - State-of-the-art Motion Capture Equipment - Unreal Engine - Unity - Maya - 3DS Max - Substance Suite - Zbrush - Amongst a range of other software. **What will I study?** The focus of this course is on professional workflows for creating 3D assets such as characters, props and environments. You will learn how to export and set these up in a games engine and learn the fundamentals of interactivity and gameplay elements. The course has been intentionally designed to be flexible, to allow you as a student to select and pursue your own specialism within the field. **How will I be taught and assessed?** On this course you will focus on 3D development and learn up-to-date techniques from lecturers who are industry professionals. What you learn will be assessed through a variety of means including coursework that is created with 3D software, presentations and writing a series of reflective journals.
