This course provides a foundation in business and management theories and concepts by exploring the nature of business, how businesses meet the needs of customers, stakeholders and employees and how factors outside the organisation affect business performance. It will prepare you for a career in business and management and equip you with real world business skills to work in a wide range of industries.
On successful completion of this course, you will be two thirds of the way to a full Bachelor's degree which you can potentially top this up at a University of your choice.

The course is studied on a modular basis. The course is assessed through exams, individual and group presentations, in-class tests, business reports, projects, self-assessments, and coursework. There may be visits by speakers and trips arranged to enhance teaching input.
