You will study a number of units including the tourism and hospitality industries, marketing for tourism and hospitality, financial reporting for hospitality, food systems, hospitality operations, managing people in tourism and hospitality, consumer experience and behaviour, hospitality operations management, strategy and leadership in hospitality along with a number of optional units and a 30 week work placement in your third year.
