To succeed in events management you’ll need an expert grasp of event marketing, financial reporting, project planning, event bidding and consumer behaviour - all of which are covered by this course. We have a foundation year option for UK students who do not meet the entry requirements for the degree course. This additional year of study will give you a grounding in the business and management skills required for this course, building your confidence, knowledge and skills for further study. After successful completion of the foundation year, you will progress to the full degree.

As part of your degree you will study a range of subject areas including Event Business, Economics for Events Professionals, Event & Experiential Marketing, Event Design, Creativity & Innovation, Critical Studies in Events, Consumer Psychology for Events, Professional Development & Workplace Dynamics, Financial Appraisal for Business, Live Event Development & Delivery, Sustainable Project Management and Digital Marketing Communications. You’ll also be able to choose a number of optional units to tailor your study.
