Course Summary

**Course overview** Our Public Services HND is a two-year, full-time course aimed at students wanting to continue their education through applied learning. Higher Nationals provide a wide-ranging study of public services and are designed for students who wish to pursue or advance their career in this sector. Increasingly the public services are asking for a higher education from their applicants; they are seeking employees who can apply knowledge they have gained to many environments, employees who can be flexible and adaptable to ever changing situations and have an awareness of current trends and the impact this will have on the sector. Our course covers many of these pertinent topics and will ensure you have the skills and knowledge required for when applying to your chosen career. Our tutors have ‘on the job’ experience and will provide you with lots of opportunities for networking across the sector as well as access to guest speakers and visits to various public service-related places of work.
