New to Bishop Auckland College, this exciting innovative higher education course enables students to gain both an academic and professional qualification in counselling. This qualification is validated by The Open University. This programme is taught on a face to face basis. It is taught over three years on the full time degree option, and across six years on the part time degree option. No additional costs will be incurred where possible, with appropriate notice and option provided when and if, confirmed. A copy of the Fee Policy is available on request. Level Four Modules: Philosophy of Integrative Practice, Core Model: CBT, Comparative Theoretical Perspectives in Counselling, Ethical & Professional Issues in Counselling, Self-Awareness and Personal Development, Integrative Skills Practice. Level Five Modules: Introduction to Research, Developments in Counselling, Contemporary Issues in Counselling, Self-Awareness & personal Development 2, Integrative Counselling Practice and Supervision. Level Six Modules: Research Project, Self-Awareness & Reflective Practitioner, Evolution of Counselling, Enhancing Therapeutic Practice.
