Studying business at the Magee campus provides you with extensive choice. In this case Business is taken as a Major subject with Education as the Minor subject. BSc (Hons) Business with Education gives you the opportunity of choosing a pathway to suit your own personal interests and career aspirations. The business major develops your business skills, including; marketing, finance, leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Studying Business in combination with Education is an excellent introduction to a future career in the general education sector. It will provide you with an introduction to the main concepts of educational theory and practice in NI, the UK and internationally. The course provides a supportive learning environment. The course team are leaders in their respective fields with strong industry and education links in both teaching and research. The course offers you opportunities, to work collaboratively, to develop practical projects with real businesses and community organisations. You will also be offered opportunities to opt for paid internships, and placements both locally and globally.
