The BA (Hons) in Make-up Artistry programme has been designed to develop the student’s ability to autonomously advance the creative skills required of a reflective, artistic practitioner within a range of make-up artistry contexts. Upon completion of the course the students are able to pursue their careers in multi-disciplinary areas of the industry or progress onto further study.
The modules have designed to provide students with the opportunity to independently critically appraise and manage their own practice and expectations, within the broader creative industries and wider cultural landscape in sustaining career progression beyond graduation.
Within an academic context students will advance their ability to consolidate arguments and develop abstract concepts, enable the student to integrate theory into practice in the delivery of professional make-up artistry related outcomes.
The programme has been designed to provide the students with the opportunity to develop a multi-faceted approach to marketing and individual creative vision which they can articulate to the wider creative community.
