History and Welsh explores medieval, early modern and modern history through subjects including women’s history and gender, cultural history and the history of religion, health and medicine. You will also learn about Welsh in the workplace, language past and present, working in two languages and contemporary literature.
In the first year of the course, complete beginners in the Welsh language will follow modules which aim to provide a sound grounding in Welsh grammar, the spoken word and culture.
