Physical Education plays a vital role in the promotion of physical activities and a healthy lifestyle. If you’re passionate about Physical Education and you want share this through inspiring and educating young people then this course is for you. This innovative programme allows you to develop a deep subject knowledge of Physical Education alongside study of how to teach this in a classroom, giving you the best of both worlds. Placements in a variety of schools across the duration of the programme will allow you to collect the evidence needed to be recommended for Qualified Teacher Status, meaning that at the end of the three years you could leave with both expert knowledge of your subject and the qualification needed to teach PE in schools. Studying at our recently extended £71 million City South Campus, you'll have access to our state-of-the-art learning facilities including our sports hall.
