If you are looking for a rewarding career that is challenging, has a combination of science and technology, to treat and care for patients who have life threatening conditions, then this might be the course for you. This is the only course in Birmingham that covers oncology, radiotherapy technology and psychosocial issues surrounding cancer care. Our radiotherapy course will teach you to work with patients of all ages, to help relieve and/or cure the symptoms of their cancer. Accredited by the Society of Radiographers (SoR), you'll be eligible to apply for registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and professional membership of the SoR means you can practice in both the UK and overseas.
