You should normally have an upper second-class (2.2) undergraduate honours degree or above. Your undergraduate degree can be in any subject. You must have GCSE Mathematics and English (or equivalent) at grade C or above. If you don't have the academic qualification for the course you may still be considered if you have substantial practical experience in social care or a related field.
