Standard Qualification Requirements
A-levels should normally include Mathematics with a grade C.
Applications from A-level students without Mathematics A-level will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
In addition, you will need evidence of a broad range of GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 4 or above (or grade C).
Highers must include Mathematics.
Higher Levels must include Mathematics, with a grade of 4.
The BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma should normally be in Engineering.
The BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma should normally be in Engineering with a Merit in Calculus to Solve Engineering Problems or Further Mathematics for Engineering Technicians (in the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma)
You will need to have GCSE (or equivalent) Mathematics with at least grade 4 (or grade C).
You should also have a broad range of GCSEs (A*-C), including good grades in relevant subjects.
