BA Acting is designed to offer intense conservatoire style Actor Training for students who want to work in a demanding and exciting profession.
The Acting BA degree has been developed around the strands of Acting, Performance, Voice and Movement and Contextual Studies, develop the student practically and holistically, whilst also investigating the context in which theatre is made.
The degree offers 30 contact hours a week for 30 weeks of the year and is taught by a range of industry professionals who bring experience and knowledge of the industry into our studios and direct to our studios. The course includes public productions, opportunities to apply your work to 'real' communities, creative thinking and theatre making sessions and support you to develop Graduate Portfolios to give you the best tools for your life-long career in the industry.
