This Top Up course aims to expose you to working techniques used within the media industry, and develop and expand your portfolio of skills in hair, make-up and special effects for TV and Film. The strong links that have been forged within industry have ensured that the skills students acquire within the classroom can be further built on with relevant work placements. The fast expanding media industry in South Wales provides students with a range of opportunities to experience placements in establishments such as the BBC, the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama as well as independent film companies. The skills and experience you gain will equip you with the necessary expertise to enter a career within the industry.
