There are work placements throughout the course, which help you develop a clear picture of the different careers open to you. In the Graduate Survey 2016, 100% of our students were in employment or further study within six months of graduation.
This health and social care management course has a multi-agency approach that encompasses social services, the NHS, third and independent sectors. You'll benefit from placements in a range of settings, which will enable you to work with a variety of people and in multi-agency environments.
You will gain essential research and employability skills that will support you in gaining employment in a wide range of roles, including support management, service co-ordinators and other management roles in health and social care. Our students benefit from excellent academic and pastoral support, as well as being taught by research-active staff who have strong partnerships with health and social care sectors.
