Specifically designed for students who have already obtained a HND or equivalent qualification, the BA (Hons) Business and Human Resource Management allows you to top up to a full bachelor degree in less than year. Underpinned by the key principles of business through a set of core business modules, this one year course will address key themes in human resource management that will enable you to improve individual and organisational potential. Your studies delve into the importance of employee relations and its significance on the success of a business. Allowing you to build upon your existing subject knowledge, you’ll look into how people are managed within an organisation and how implemented policies can effectively contribute to organisational success.

Course Details - Modules

During the BA (Hons) Business and Human Resource Management course, you will examine core aspects of business such as business strategy and communication in a global context, whilst also getting the chance to conduct an investigation into a business problem that allows you to apply your business acumen to a real life scenario. In addition to studying four core business modules that will broaden your understanding of how businesses operate, you will also study two additional modules specialising in human resource management.
