This HND offers students practical knowledge and skills in using computing technology and its application to different situations and contexts found in business and industry.
The course has a focus on general computing in networking, security, programming and databases, and managing projects. This two-year course develops additional skills in cloud computing and artificial intelligence as well as application development.
This course allows for the student to investigate a range of differing computing options and allows for the students to develop skills in technical applications, critical analysis and academic independence.
The teaching approach is for small groups, as well as one to one learning in a supportive environment.
The HND's intention is to equip students with the practical and academic skills needed to start careers in IT Support, Software Development, and Networking.
