**Applied learning - Live projects**
Live projects form a valuable part of your learning on this course. You will undertake a 20 credit module based on an events management topic, have autonomy to decide on your topic, and will be supported throughout the module with experienced tutors. The course involves planning and delivery of hospitality events from Chinese New Year parties to pop up restaurant concepts.
**Field trips**
You will have the opportunity to engage with industry through our specialist guest speakers and via tutors with extensive business and hospitality industry experience and through our association with the Institute of Hospitality.

Standard Qualification Requirements
Normally 120 credits at Level 4 and 120 credits at Level 5 (i.e. a total of 240 credits) from any business, international business or other relevant qualifications. Students will have normally studied a qualification with relevant content at Level 4 and Level 5.
