If you have a foundation degree or equivalent qualification with an early years focus and are employed or on voluntary placement in an early years setting, this course allows you to progress further and achieve a full honours degree. You gain the latest knowledge and thinking, learning approaches to developing effective practice in early years which draw on the latest research. **How you learn:** All our courses are designed around a set of key principles based on engaging you with the world, collaborating with others, challenging you to think in new ways, and providing you with a supportive environment in which you can thrive. The approach to teaching and learning is flexible varied and responsive to your needs. You build on the knowledge, understanding and professional experiences that you bring to the course.
