This course is about preparing you to become an integral team member in the digital evolution of organisations.

**Applied learning - Work placements**
You will have the opportunity to arrange a year-long work placement in between your second and third years. This gives you a real-world experience to prepare you for your future career with companies such as GSK, NHS, Microsoft, SAP and Virgin. Salaries of up to £30,000 are possible. Your established track record in industry will help you to gain higher paid roles when you graduate.
You also have the option to study abroad for a semester in your second year if you are successful in applying to the global mobility initiative, which allows you to choose from over 40 European destinations and 20 other international university partnerships under English instruction.
**Live projects**
With the support of academics you will solve real-world client decision problems in a number of modules over your time on your course, including a consultancy assignment in your third year. This combination of theory and practice with real organisations is designed to support your personal and professional development as you become a more capable Business Analyst.

International applicants
Standard Qualification Requirements
This must include at least 64 points from 2 A Levels or equivalent BTEC qualifications. For example:
BBC at A Level
DMM in BTEC Extended Diploma.
A combination of qualifications, which may include AS levels, EPQ and general studies
Access - an Access to HE Diploma with at least 45 credits at level 3 and 15 credits at level 2. At least 15 level 3 credits must be at merit grade or above, from a QAA-recognised Access to HE course, or an equivalent Access to HE certificate.
If you do not have any of the qualifications above but have relevant experience you are welcome to discuss potential opportunities with the admissions tutor.
