**IF YOU ASPIRE TO A CAREER FOCUSING AROUND YOUNG CHILDREN, YOU CAN STUDY THIS DEGREE WHILST WORKING IN THE SECTOR!** For the consecutive year, SGS has been voted **number 1 for overall degree satisfaction in Bristol!** (National Student Survey 2020 and 2021) The Early Childhood Studies Foundation Degree is an innovative and contemporary programme that supports Early Years practitioners, who wish to progress within the sector or onto teacher training programmes. This Foundation Degree offers a blend of academic and vocational study that will provide you with the skills to become an effective practitioner working with young children. Students will be expected to be working in an appropriate Early Childhood setting, whilst studying for this degree. The programme is **taught on one afternoon and evening** to allow flexibility with work commitments. This degree is classed as full-time which allows you to access Student Finance loans. This programme will be delivered at our University Centre WISE (UCWISE) at our WISE Campus, where the majority of our degrees will be taught.
