Our industry-designed three-year course will provide you with essential computer science knowledge and specialist cyber security skills, delivered to professional standards and ready to prepare you for a rewarding and exciting career. You will learn about the inner workings of programmes, operating systems and networks, so you can understand the mechanisms of cyber-attacks. You’ll explore network security, data structures and network penetration testing. You’ll examine cyber investigation and malware and exploit analysis. You will cultivate independent technical judgement to establish security. Year three modules may include Project, Cyber Investigation, Malware and Exploit Analysis, Information Security Management plus one of the following optional modules: Mobile Development, Business Management, Virtual Reality and 3D Games.
