Learn to leverage online marketing tools and plan and deliver outstanding campaigns. With access to our state-of-the-art augmented and virtual reality facilities, this course gives you an overview of the digital technology landscape and the tools used to connect businesses with new and current customers. Learn to plan and execute engaging multi-channel campaigns across the likes of search engines, social media and email to catch customers where they spend their time: on the internet. This Digital Marketing course looks at how digital technology can be used to deliver successful marketing campaigns. Students develop the knowledge and the creative and technical skills to design, deliver and evaluate digital marketing strategies and campaigns from start to finish. The flexibility of the course will allow students to either follow a BA pathway or BSc pathway. This course is designed to prepare students for industry by giving them an overview of the digital landscape and the strategic marketing principles used today. It is divided into two strands; the BA strand will teach students about the strategic side of digital marketing. They will look at how brands build value with the use of digital technologies and social media. The BSc pathway will look at a digital marketing strategy in more detail. Students will look at how different elements such as website development and analytics, consumer behaviour analysis and social media marketing are used together to form a joined-up marketing strategy. Course units: Business to Business (B2B) marketing and Management information system (MIS) Data Analysis and Insights Accounting, Law, and Compliance Major Project Dissertation Year 3 - BSc (Hons) pathway The BSc (Hons) pathway will provide you with a critical appreciation of the elements which digital marketing strategies cover. This includes: Website development and analytics Consumer behaviour Social media marketing Digital campaign planning Technical and practical data analysis skills in technologies such as cloud and big data. Course Details – Assessment Method

You will be taught through a combination of lectures, tutorials and practical classes. In later years you will spend more time working on projects that involve developing systems and doing experimental work with guidance from your supervisor and industry connections.
