Course Summary

This course provides a curriculum aligned to the areas identified by the British Pharmacological Society including the Public Health Science and Health Policy aspects, in addition to incorporating areas such as Systems Biology and Translational Medicine that directly address the needs of UK Pharma. The programme builds on the School of Life Science's established strengths in biomedicine research in understanding the cellular and molecular basis of disease to identify new targets and/or biomarkers with potential application in the development of novel therapies.
