Liam - First year, Sport, Coaching and Physical Education; In our first year we are learning how to run practical coaching sessions. We film them and then analyse ourselves and discuss strengths and weaknesses of different coaching styles. During the second year we will learn about the fundamental mechanics and movements of the body and about physiology and psychology in sport.
