BA Criminology is taught by criminologists who draw on their research experience at the cutting-edge of the discipline. You’ll explore crime, victimisation and crime control, drawing on insights from social policy, sociology, law, psychology, politics, history, and the media. This will develop your critical thinking and research skills and will give you a broad understanding of theoretical perspectives on crime and justice.
You can tailor your degree to your interests and career goals through optional modules that examine subjects like restorative justice, crime and the media, victimology, and crimes and harms of the powerful.
