This course provides you with a deep knowledge and experience of techniques relevant to forensic science, both at the scene and in the laboratory, and an understanding of legislation and legal procedures. You can take a year placement in a variety of laboratory and forensic roles to gain a Diploma in Professional Practice. Modules include: Forensic Biology Analytical Chemistry Crime Scene Investigation Toxicology Legal Issues Drugs of abuse Ballistics and Firearms Forensic Archaeology and Palaeopathology • Top 5 in the UK for Forensic Science (The Complete University Guide 2021). • Number 1 in the UK for undergraduate forensic science students on year-long placements (HESA 2018/19)
