The General Engineering Topup is designed for students wishing to study a combination of electrical and mechanical engineering courses at degree level. The taught courses cover a sweep of engineering disciplines, from electronics-based communications to mechatronics, control, and mechanical machines . In addition, the mathematical tools for solving a range of engineering problems is developed in Computer Simulation and Modelling, and the students’ knowledge is applied to a practical context in a Degree Project which lasts the autumn and spring terms.
The course can be taken Full-Time, over a single year (120 credits) or Part-Time, over two years (60 credits per year)
