Course Summary
The Electrical & Electronic Engineering Topup builds on the students’ knowledge gained at HND level, applying principles of electronics to the design of Mechatronics control signal processing and Analogue and Digital communications. In addition, the students’ ability in industrial control is developed in a broad-ranging course on Mechatronics and the mathematical tools for solving a range of engineering problems is developed in Computer Simulation and Modelling. The students’ knowledge is applied in a practical context to a Degree Project which lasts the autumn and spring terms.
The course can be taken Full-Time, over a single year (120 credits) or Part-Time, over two years (60 credits per year)
